- Press Windows + R, type services.msc and ok
- scroll down and look for Volume Shadow Copy service.
- Right-click on the Volume Shadow Copy service and select restart.
- Also, check and make sure Volume Shadow Copy service startup type is set automatic

Repair Corrupt System Files
