Check the internet connection

Press Windows key + S and type cmd, right-click on the command prompt select run as administrator. When the command prompt opens paste the following commands individually and hit Enter after each to reset TCP/IP configuration on your computer.
netsh int ip reset
netsh winsock reset

ipconfig /flushdns

Switch to Google DNS
- Press Windows key + R, type ncpa.cpl and click ok to open the network connections window,

Reinstall the network adapter driver
