Show or hide updates on Windows 10
Starting with Windows 10, Microsft set to download and install the latest cumulative updates (Windows Updates) automatically, Whenever it’s connected to Microsoft server. But sometimes a specific update might temporarily cause issues with your device and this cause you need a way to prevent the problematic update from reinstalling automatically. And for this Microsoft has released an official “Show or hide updates” troubleshooter that helps to stop and resume a specific system update and driver update.
How to block a windows update or driver update

Also, you can click this link to direct download the utility its a small executable file of only 45.5KB, named wushowhide.diagcab.
Open your download folder and double-click on the wushowhide.diagcab file to open the troubleshooter.
Click Next to being,The tool starts checking for Windows 10 updates, app updates and driver updates and represent screen below image. Here Click the Hide updates option to block one or more Windows, app or driver updates from being installed in Windows 10.
This will detect and display list of available updates that can be blocked. Click or tap to select each update that you want to hide and block from installing, then press Next.

The “Show or hide updates” tool takes a bit of time to mark all the selected updates as hidden. As such, these update will be skipped from the installation on your Windows 10 device. When done, the tool provides you with a list of the updates that were blocked as shown image below.

Again Run wushowhide.diagcab to begin the process of unhiding updates from your Windows 10 PC or device, click or tap Next. When asked what you want to do, this time select “Show hidden updates.”
The tool checks and detect the list of blocked windows update and driver updates. Here select the updates you want to unblock them and want Windows 10 to install again, automatically, through Windows Update. Press Next.
