For example if you’re looking to reinstall Store apps, locate Windows Store entry, and then copy the package name ( you can use Ctrl+c to copy ) of Windows Store.

Command To Re-register single specific App

Add-AppxPackage -register “C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\PackageFullName\appxmanifest.xml” -DisableDevelopmentMode

Once the command is successfully executed, you can close Windows PowerShell and reboot the machine. After restarting the system, problems with apps on your Windows should be fixed.
