Windows 11 is based on Windows 10 and represents the biggest change in over a decade. In this release, you’ll find significant UI changes to the Start Menu, Taskbar, Action Center, Settings, and File Explorer, including rounded corners, an updated font, and a consistent system-wide design.
In addition, there will be a new Microsoft Store app focused on making it easier for users to use and new ways for developers to create, distribute and monetize apps.
