  5. Once 100% completes the scanning process restart your PC and again check for windows updates.

Manually install Windows updates

Now use the Windows Update Catalog Website to search for the update specified by the KB number you noted down. Download the update depending on if your machine is 32-bit = x86 or 64-bit=x64.

(As of today November 2022 – KB5019961 is the latest patch for Windows 11 version 21H2. And KB5019980 is the latest patch for Windows 11 22H2 Update.

Open the downloaded file in order to install the update.
